Catawba Area Agency on Aging

Forever Home is an approved provider for the Catawba Area Agency on Aging, a private non-profit that administers grant funding to help qualifying older adults in Chester, Lancaster, Union, and York counties access in-home care.

If you or a family member may qualify, you can apply directly through the Catawba AAA. This is a separate process from hiring Forever Home, and approval determines eligibility for the grant program.
